Born from a love of landscape design and helping people create beautiful and useful outdoor spaces, Jose and Lourdes Velazquez established Northwest Paving, LLC and are living their American Dream. This husband-and-wife team from Everett, Washington, have worked together since 2012 to make their family business a true success – and their many satisfied clients are evidence to their quality workmanship, communication, and teamwork. Off the lawn, Velazquez enjoys soccer, family time, and learning more about his life passion of landscape and hardscape outdoor remodeling. Velazquez excels in the new technology of pedestal patio systems, patios and pavers, fence installation, and other landscape projects. You will find Northwest Paving in the Seattle Eastside areas of Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland, as well as throughout the Puget Sound region.

Northwest Paving LLC was a subcontractor two years ago when we decided to switch from concrete to pavers. They did an exceptional job. They installed over 1500 square feet. They installed a 3 foot wall at one section where we sit by our small water feature. This year, we contacted them directly to clean, resand, and seal the pavers. Everyone at the company is really hardworking and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
Jose and his team did the magnificent job on our sidewalk and RV parking addition to our home.
